Rates: 20% commercial/ 25% consumer, of dollars collected In House, add 10% for files collected by an attorney. The legal rate includes the attorney fee. Never a non-contingent suit fee. No collection, no fee. You control litigation. If suit is recommended, costs and fees are presented prior to any action. If you don’t want to proceed the file is closed at no cost to you.
